Yes, 1,000 cards. The per-1,000 rates apply to any category with at least 1,000 cards. Smaller amounts of EX, GX, V, VMAX, VSTAR, and baby shinies are paid per card. We don't schedule meetups for fewer than 1,000 cards total.
Not as bulk. Leave out the code cards and basic energies. If you have rare energies, we're happy to price those individually.
Yes to Japanese. No to Chinese bulk. For other languages, yes to vintage.
