Near Mint or Lightly Played. Light edge wear is fine; creases, water damage and heavy wear are not. If you have vintage cards, we can make exceptions, so send them our way and we'll take a look.

Yes. Vintage and mid era (Base Set through Black & White) and XY / Sun & Moon era bulk each have their own rate above. Set them aside from the modern bulk and count them separately. Rougher vintage is still worth sending, so add a photo and we'll take a look.

You don't have to, but it pays to. Bulk with the holos, reverse holos and hits separated out, and older eras set aside, gets the rates above. Mixed bulk is paid at the non-holo rate. No need to sort by set.

That's our transparency promise: if we find something too valuable to be bulk, we'll contact you and pay you more. Bulk gets sorted after we buy it, so this can happen after the meetup.

Yes, 1,000 cards total. Rates are per 1,000 and pro-rated (hits and Super Rares are paid per card), so a category with fewer than 1,000 cards is fine. We don't schedule meetups for fewer than 1,000 cards total.

No. Code cards and basic energies must be removed before we count. If you have rare energies, we're happy to price those individually.

Yes to Japanese, at the Japanese rates in the table. No to Chinese bulk. For other languages, yes to vintage.

Absolutely. Singles, slabs, sealed, whole collections. We buy collections at 70 to 90% of market value, and anything beyond bulk is priced on its own.

By card box section. Each section holds 1,000 cards, so the count is quick and easy to follow. An ETB holds about 550 cards.
